Use Winter Tags for your Holiday Cookies!

I was trying my hand at icing some sugar cookies over the weekend and inserted a lollipop stick into a large snowman cookie before baking it.  I decided it would make a cute gift for a friend of mine so I added a tag from the Winter Tags set and added some curling ribbon.

The winter tags set is one of my favorite Winter rubber stamp sets.  Here's a link to a couple of other projects featuring this stamp set.

There are many ways to package cookies and food items.  You could create your own box from patterned paper or even stamp on a tin that you've purchased from a local dollar store.

Cookies are great inexpensive gifts that you can personalize to make them really special! (They're also fun to eat.)

This idea was from The Angel Company 2008 Spring Supplement. The Spring Supplement includes "recipe cards" for 6 different projects. This one was called a Circle Card Case and the recipe card featured an'udder birthday...it's on page 12.
